Your First Class: What to Expect

Walking into a new fitness studio can be intimidating, but at F45 Fort Collins, we make it easy. To ensure you have a smooth and stress-free start, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. This gives us plenty of time to welcome you properly and introduce you to your certified personal trainer before the action begins. From the moment you arrive, you’re part of the team.

Setting Your Benchmark

We start with an InBody scan. This detailed analysis of your body composition includes muscle mass and body fat percentage. It provides a precise, data-driven starting point for your fitness journey, so you can track your incredible progress.
