Samsung
F45 has partnered with Samsung to deliver the first functional training franchise app on Samsung TVs. The app is available on all 2024 Samsung TVs and future releases. Samung Daily+ will provide users with free access to F45 Training innovative, functional workouts from the convenience of home.
Dr. B
Dr. B is a telehealth platform that connects patients with healthcare providers to access certain treatments, particularly those that are harder to obtain or in high demand. F45 has partnered with Dr. B to offer members up to 40% off their F45 membership by accessing their HSA/FSA, as well as launching an innovative, holistic weight loss program called Shed IT. This program combines the power of prescription GIP/GLP-1 medication with F45's proven fitness and nutrition tools, all delivered through the F45 Training mobile app.

As the leading platform for movement, users can record over 30 types of activities including HIIT and weight training. F45 Training members can now link their Lionheart device directly to their Strava account to easily share their workouts with other F45'ers across the globe. Hyrox
THE FITNESS RACE FOR EVERY BODY
HYROX is the sport that you are already training for at F45. The circuit style race consists of 8 natural movement stations, with 1 kilometer of running before each. Participants all around the world compete in the exact same course format, for time. Comparable worldwide rankings make HYROX the first and only global fitness race for every body. With events in every major F45 market, there is always a race to train for.
There are four different race categories to choose from, making it accessible and challenging, no matter what level of fitness or experience. Categories include Team Relay, Doubles, Individual Open and Individual Pro. Find out more about HYROX and sign up to a race near you below

Performance inspired is a brand of sports nutrition and dietary supplements founded by actor Mark Wahlberg and Tom Dowd, a fitness industry veteran.
